The Jet GHB-1340 lathe is capable of cutting many threads that are not in the supplied chart. Most of these are useless because they are very weird but I wanted to know all the possible values. In the process I filled in the blanks in the metric chart and found some of the values were poorly rounded.
Even more combinations are possible if you want to use the power feed (i.e. the rack and pinion along the bed, not the feedscrew) but I think all such threads are weird numbers, and since the power feed isn't meant to cut threads they might not be as uniform. But just to be thorough, the program can optionally generate these numbers, and they are included herein/below.
Unfortunately, the program generates the list in order of gearing, not in TPI order. The lists offered here have been re-sorted into TPI order for convenience (the usual question is "what gear settings should I use to obtain xx TPI?", not "given this gear setting, what TPI would result?").
In the list, the column labeled QC refers to the quick-change lever settings. The "back gears" refers to the gear arrangements at the spindle. Entries suffixed (D) means this is the default setting, for English threads; (M1) and (M2) refer to by-the-book Metric settings; and (?1), (?2), and (?3) refer to settings that should be possible but are not listed in the manual (I have not tried these).
