Dave Wilson Spoke about new 4-H Shooting Program Director, Lester Dumm. Les is a skinner, flintlocker and trekker, he will be very good for the muzzle loading portion of the 4-H program. Dave also spoke about the new Game and Fish Mentor program. The Game and Fish will do all promotion and advertising for individuals from the WSMLA who would like to participate in a state wide mentor program. The idea would be to have at least one individual in every Wyoming city willing to work with young people in shooting or outdoor related activties. Individuals would need to qualified and backgrounds checks would be done on volunteers prior to approval by the Game and Fish.

Willie Felton had a question about adding a Primitive State Shoot Aggregate trophy (Bunny Harlow Memorial Aggregate). Bryon Wilcewski stated that the State stipulates which targets must be shot for aggregates. Scott expressed the opinion that we did not need to do that for primitive matches. Tony Larvie asked if the Hawk and Knife would be a separate aggregate or part of primitive aggregate. Discussion concluded that we should probably leave it up to club.
