WSMLA July Board Meeting                                 July 28, 2001

Meeting called to order by Scott Gormley.

Dave Lehto made a motion to approve the minutes we didn’t have. Ken Hall seconded.

Bryon not present to give a treasure report.

Old Business:

Committee Reports

Mary Stack reported the convention was going smoothly. She had the bulletins ready to send out to the traders. Mary said she would like to have members bring one hand made item for display at convention. These would not be for sale or auction, just to let everyone see the talent that our members have. It can be anything even if it doesn’t pertain to muzzleloading.

The regulation committee is still working on getting all the rules and regulations spelled out.

New Business:

Bryan Youngberg reported to the board that due to failing health, Dave Wheeler was donating Two rifles, Ice Chest and 6-8 cans of old powder cans with powder. He was asking the board, If we thought we could auction everything at one auction. It was decided to do it all at the upcoming auction in 2002. Bryan will see that it’s advertised in the State Newsletter.

Dennis Obert moved to adjourn. Mike Czarnecki seconded.
